The IBPS Clerk Reasoning syllabus includes the following topics such as verbal reasoning (analogy, classification, coding-decoding, etc.) and non-verbal reasoning (series, analogy, mirror images, etc.), sense test, blood relations, alphabet test, logical Venn diagrams, sitting arrangement, time sequence test and ranking.

The IBPS Clerk English language syllabus includes the following topics such as Reading Comprehension, Sentence Correction, Cloze Test, Error Spotting, Para Jumbles, Phrasal Verbs, Vocabulary (Synonyms, Antonyms, Homonyms), Fill in the Blanks, Idioms and Phrases, Sentence Completion & One-word Substitution.

The maths syllabus for IBPS Clerk exam includes the following important topics such as number series, quadratic equations, simplification, data interpretation, averages, time and distance, time and work, ratio and proportion, percentage, permutation and combination, probability, partnership, simple and compound interest & profit and loss.
