Step 4. Upload your handwritten SBI Clerk hand written declaration, photo, and signature in the appropriate State Bank of India format. The acceptable photo size is 4.5 cm by 3.5 cm, and it must have a white background and be passport size. Both the signature and the photo need to be distinct and readable. The photograph must have a minimum file size of 20 KB and a maximum file size of 50 KB, and the signature must have a minimum file size of 10 KB and a maximum file size of 20 KB.
